General Information

  • Check In at 4:00PM

    Early check-in or late check-out can be requested with the Front Desk, however they cannot be guaranteed and are based on availability.

  • You must be 21+ to check in to the hotel. If you have a reservation, you will need an ID and Credit Card.

  • We authorize a temporary hold of $400 per stay, to every guest card at check-in to cover any incidentals that may be incurred during your stay outside of room and tax. The incidental authorization allows guests to post charges from our outlets to their rooms and will be released upon departure. Kindly note the release can take an average of 3-10 business days. Credit Cards are preferred, Debit cards take longer to release the authorization.

  • It depends when you’re staying with us. If you’re arrival date is between May 1st and October 15th, your reservation must be cancelled without penalty 7 days prior to arrival. Cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival results in a 50% charge of your total stay.

    If you’re arrival date is between October 15th and April 30th, your reservation can be cancelled without penalty 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancelling less than 48 hours prior to arrival results in a 50% charge of your total stay.

  • We do not allow smoking indoors. There is a $500 cleaning fee for any guest room in violation of this policy.

  • Yes. ADA accessible rooms can be specifically booked otherwise they are not guaranteed.

  • We are not a pet-friendly hotel. However, service animals are welcome.

  • Room Occupancy varies per room, please inquire if additional accommodations are needed. Fees Applicable.

    This property is equipped with only one King sized bed per room with limited daybeds and sofa beds available in select rooms.

  • Yes, the pool is for hotel guests and residents only.

  • The pool is closed for the 2024 season.

  • Enjoy food and drinks at the Pool Bar on Sunday-Thursday from 10am-10pm* and Friday-Saturday from 10am-11pm.

    *Last call at 9:30PM

  • Beach badges are needed to access the beach. They can be purchased on Viply (an app) or on the boardwalk.

  • On the boardwalk and in town, Asbury Park has some great offerings for families - Silverball Museum/Retro Arcade, Bowling at Asbury Lanes, AP Splash Park, Asbury Eighteen Mini Golf, Solve It Sherlock Escape Room, Hot Sand Glass blowing, AP Swan Pedal Boats.

  • No, however we do have cribs that are subject to availability.

  • Yes, all our rooms use alternative bedding and are hypoallergenic/feather-free.

  • Guest amenity requests are required 24-hour advance notice. Inquire with our reservations team for options.

  • This property is not equipped with a business center; however, guest services would be more than happy to assist with any documents that need to be printed during your stay.

  • Standard laundry can be accommodated in-house.

 

Transportation & Parking

  • Our address is 1101 Ocean Ave, Asbury Park, NJ 07712, however to access the hotel entrance we recommend entering 100 4th Ave, Asbury Park, NJ into your GPS.

  • The hotel entrance is the last set of doors on 4th Ave before reaching Ocean Ave.

  • We have valet parking available at $70 per car per night plus taxes.

  • Yes, following the hours of the kitchen. 7am-10pm Sunday-Thursday and 7am-11pm Friday and Saturday.

  • If you feel like adventuring outside of the hotel – Asbury Park Roastery has a small shop located inside the convention hall and a larger store front on the boardwalk.
